A little about me...
As a full-time realtor I have been licensed since 2001. My first year in the business I was Rookie of the Year for my former company Coldwell Banker Gundaker Sunset Hills office. With consistant sales production I continual ranked among the top 10 agents in my previous office. In 2005 my production ranked me as the top #1 realtor in the Sunset Hills Coldwell Banker Gundaker Office.
With my husband Pete being a licensed agent I guess you can say that we fit the mold of "spouses selling houses". It was September 2008 I decided to move my career to Keller Williams Realty. The 4th largest real estate company in The United States.
The foundation of my business has been built on my desire to provide superior levels of customer service to my clients. Providing a smooth home sale transition is my #1 goal. St. Louis Magazine named me a FIVE STAR AGENT: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate for 2006 & 2007 (fewer than 7% of all licensed real estate agents in St. Louis were selected).
My sales experience has been with working with buyers and sellers from first time home purchases, move up homes, condominiums, relocation buyers, to all in between...
Definitely a personal touch is given to each of my clients transactions. Selling your home or making a home purchase doesn't have to be a stressful. Communication plays the big key in your purchase. In fact, I always make light of that fact because I have a bachelors degree in Communication (University of Missouri-St. Louis).
